How to reach Modyl
Modyl is an instrument for work that has to resolve: one persistent workspace that keeps sources, constraints, and review evidence visible together.
Chat
Every page on modyl.to carries a chat control in the lower right. Opening it starts a conversation that lands in the same place as mail and is read by the same person. No account and no sign-in are needed, so it is open to anyone locked out of one.
Chat is not staffed around the clock, and opening it does not mean someone is reading at that moment. Treat it as a faster way to leave a message, not a live line. The reply window below applies to chat exactly as it applies to mail.
Chat is provided by Intercom. Its script loads only when the control is opened, so nothing from the chat provider runs for a visitor who never uses it. What that service receives is described on the privacy page.
Write to hello@modyl.to. That is the published contact address on the live privacy and terms pages. There is no separate support inbox.
Include the account email, what happened, and when. If the report is about a signed-in session, include the room title and any error text shown.
Response
Mail and chat are read by a person. A reply usually goes out within two business days. Account, billing, and access problems are handled first. It is the same window whichever channel is used. That window is an operating habit, not a contractual SLA.
In the product
Signed-in users can also send feedback from the Feedback control in the app at app.modyl.to. That path is available after sign-in and records the report against the signed-in account. It is not a public form.
